is organizing a Two-Week Hands-on Training Program on

Advance Bioinformatics & Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS)

under the KAUSHALYA (Knowledge Advancement Ushering Skills on High-end Applied Lifetechnology for Young Aspirants).

Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Eligibility

Postgraduate degree in relevant disciplines of Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Bioinformatics or allied subjects.

Training Highlights

• NGS Data Quality Control and Sequence Alignment
• Variant Calling using GATK
• Microarray workflow (Axiom™ 2.0)
• GWAS analysis using PLINK and SAIGE
• Genomic Data Analysis and Quality Control Metrics
• Visualization of GWAS Data
• GeneTitan™ Instrument: Operation and Maintenance

Number of Seats

Limited to 15 participants (selection will be based on eligibility and application review).

Training Fees

• Students: ₹4,000
• Faculty: ₹6,000
• Industry Professionals: ₹8,000
• International Participants: ₹10,000
