Microbiology, Environmental Genomics, Metagenomics, Proteomics, Enzyme Technology.
Currently the research group is focusing on development of competitive enzyme technologies for production of microbial enzyme and high value microbial products through strain improvement technologies. The group is also involved in development of mass screening tools for the bioprospecting studies of microbes.
